Advanced Reservations
We highly recommend that you schedule your appointments at least one week in advance to ensure that your preferred time and treatment or service is available.

Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to other clients and our technicians, please give at least a 12-hour notice of cancellation to avoid a cancellation charge. A credit card number, advanced payment, or gift certificate number is required at the time of the booking. For packages or two or more guests coming together we require a 24-hour cancellation notice.

Groups and bridal parties will require a 50% deposit at time of booking. We do not provide refunds for late cancelled or missed appointments. Parties whom partially cancel services after the 12 hour cancellation period will be charged 20% of such services. Parties whom partially cancel services on arrival will be charged in full for such services. Cancellation is accepted over the phone only. Cancellation via e-mail is not accepted. Do not leave voice messages. All appointments cancelled after the 12-24 hour policy will be charged 20% of the services booked. Appointments cancelled with less than 2 hours notice or No call no show appointments will be charged in full for services booked. We regret that we can only accommodate what was booked prior to your appointment, changes on the day are not possible due to time constraints.

Arrival
We recommend that you check in at Reception at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment. This gives you time to enjoy a warm or cool beverage and to start the relaxation process prior to your service. Late arrival may mean reduced treatment time we have to finish on time regardless of time you came. After your treatment, please enjoy our relaxation area, which will allow you to float back to reality at your own leisurely pace.

Payment Types
We accept cash, debit cards, Visa . MasterCard. Gratuities are to be paid in cash only. Gratuities cannot be included in gift cards, credit cards, or check payment for services. Online payment available. Apple pay also available.

Returned Checks
We graciously accept checks, Visa, Master Card, for payment, however, a fee will be assessed for any returned checks or return payments.

Spa Etiquette
Our Spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect all spa guests’ right to privacy and serenity.
Guests under 12 need to be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Health Conditions
Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that could affect your treatment or service when making your booking.

Cleanliness
In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety, and hygiene, our equipment is sterilized and sanitized after every treatment and service.

Pregnancy
We have specially designed treatments for expectant mothers. Please allow Reception and technicians to guide you in selecting which treatments and services are most suitable for you during this special time.

Loss or Damage
We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables with you during your visit.

Product Returns
We will accept returned products within 30 days of the date of purchase. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
After 30 days, a merchandise credit will be issued minus a 15% re-stocking fee.

Gift Certificates
New York Nails gift certificates are non-refundable. Gift certificates should be used within 12 months of purchase or as noted on the expiration date. Certificates may not be used to purchase or be exchanged for other gift certificates or cash. NYN are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Gift Certificates used to pay for a service are not eligible for loyalty stamps or any discounted offers.

Loyalty Cards
New York Nails operate a loyalty card scheme. Any paid service over 10 euro is eligible for a stamp. The stamps are cumulative and cannot be combined with other cards. There is no sharing cards. NYN is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. A service paid with a gift voucher is not eligible for loyalty stamps. Loyalty cards must be presented on the day of booking for stamping only.

Prices for services and products are subject to change on our website and menus without advance notice.

Terms and Conditions
New york Nails reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time at its sole discretion.

Right of Refusal
New York Nails reserves the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct. Inappropriate conduct or language during a service will result in immediate termination of the service. We reserve the right to define inappropriate conduct.
